Unlike other manufacturers, our machines are specialized for mass production and use heavier and more rugged components than what’s found on the market today. ■Key components such as spindle shafts are tested for spindle run out, dynamically balanced, hardness testing etc… ■Round rod linear guide-ways are fitted with high quality German made magnetic scales for increased accuracy.

With 2 large factories spanning over 8000 square meters, we are well prepared to take on large orders. While every month is different, in previous years we have successfully assembled and shipped over 30 custom machines per month to various customers worldwide. Strict Quality Control procedures are in place for each machine assembly process. Incoming components are inspected thoroughly for defects and to make sure each part is according to specification.

Maintenance In case the problem you have with your equipment cannot be solved by a sole spare part, our Team of experts are on stand by to provide solutions and maintenance. If need we will travel on site to make sure your machine’s are running at full potential. We currently have service offices in Vietnam, & China. For other locations, service will be offered through our dealers or directly through our service team depending on the situation. Spare Parts Just like our dealers, we have our own warehouse Taichung (Taiwan) where we have most original spare parts in stock. This guarantees critical components are available on request. As soon as we receive a request from one of our dealers or clients for a certain part, we check our systems to see whether the spare part is available. If so, we immediately ship the product, so the damaged part can be replaced within a short time.
